Requirements
- Experience as head of the fundraising department for at least 2 years;
- Achievements in previous positions;
- Experience in CRM;
- Leadership qualities;
- Systematic and responsible approach;
- Experience as a head of fundraising in a charitable organization is an advantage.

- Achieving fundraising plans for departmental fundraising;
- Achieving set strategic goals and tasks;
- Hiring new employees for the fundraising department;
- Providing regular training for fundraisers;
- Assisting fundraisers in difficult negotiations with donors and resolving conflicts if they arise;
- Communicating with donors in case of dissatisfaction with the quality of cooperation and resolving conflict situations (reassigning donors among fundraisers);
- Analyzing the search for new donors and their relevance to the target audience profile, conducted by the fundraiser;
- Monitoring timely and complete filling of reports by fundraisers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis;
- Analyzing reports submitted by fundraisers daily, weekly, monthly, yearly;
- Monitoring fundraisers' performance indicators for intensity and effectiveness on a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly basis;
- Ensuring quality CRM system management by fundraising department employees;
- Participating in joint development of projects and aid programs with the Fund's management;
- Communicating with the marketing expert;
- Holding regular department meetings;
- Analyzing the competitive environment for projects;
- Conducting coaching sessions with fundraisers;
- Regularly developing personal competencies and skills, implementing new tools in work;
- Providing support and mutual assistance in the team for effective work and maintaining a positive morale;
- Preparing reports for the Board Chairman on weekly/monthly results;
- Creating a fundraising plan for the next period (month/quarter/year) with the fundraising department and each employee separately;
- Finding and implementing new effective fundraising tools;
- Communicating with the head of coordination on fundraising plans for the month and discussing the company's strategic goals;
- Optimizing the fundraising department's work;
