The Blahomai Charitable Foundation, within the framework of the implementation of Project No. GLO-001-HL “Comprehensive Humanitarian Initiative for Support and Development through HUBs in Ukraine”, funded by the German Federal Foreign Office and coordinated by Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe, under the Help Localization Programme (HLF), hereby announces this Request for Price Quotations.

Subject of Procurement

Household appliances, stationery, creative supplies, and paper hygiene products in accordance with the list provided in the Technical Specification (Annex 2).

The Blahomai Charitable Foundation reserves the right to procure the full quantity of goods from one or several suppliers. Bidders may submit proposals for one, several, or all LOTs.

Eligibility Requirements

Tender participants may be legal entities or individual entrepreneurs (sole proprietors).

All documents specified in the Request for Quotation must be submitted, in particular those listed under “Documents for Submission” and “Annexes to the Request for Quotation.”

Submission of a proposal requires acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions for Supply Contracts, the Code of Conduct for Contractors, and the Declaration for Tender Participants and Contract Implementers. These documents can be reviewed via the following link:

To confirm acceptance of the above-mentioned conditions, bidders must sign the document GEN_2-4_Confirmation_of_Compliance (attached).

Product Requirements

• All goods must be new and unused.

• Packaging must be intact and not damaged or deformed.

• Goods must comply with the specified characteristics and have a visual appearance consistent with the supplier’s commercial offer.
