The Charity Fund "BLAGOMAY" (hereinafter – the Fund or the Fund "BLAGOMAY") announces a tender for the procurement of roof repair services for an institution in Ukraine, as detailed in the list below. The tender is conducted with the purpose of performing roofing works and transferring them as charitable aid.

The Fund "BLAGOMAY" will procure the full scope of the service from one provider or divide the procurement among several providers (if one supplier cannot fully cover the volume). Providers will be selected based on the results of this tender within 20 working days after the tender deadline.

Eligibility Requirements for Tender Participants

1. A participant may be a legal entity or individual entrepreneur (FOP) engaged in the supply of medical equipment.

2. The participant must submit the following information:
   Full name of the company, EDRPOU code, legal address, contact phone number and responsible manager’s phone number, full name of the responsible manager, email address.

3. The participant must submit the following registration documents in electronic form:
   Extract from the Unified State Register (EDRPOU), VAT/Unified Taxpayer Certificate (if applicable), Licenses (if applicable), proof of signing authority (e.g. appointment protocol, power of attorney), and a bank account opening certificate.

4. Copies of documents confirming compliance with required standards, such as declarations of conformity, conformity assessment certificates, or any other documents issued according to current legislation.

5. A guarantee letter or a letter from the manufacturer (or its official representative, dealer, or distributor), confirming the ability to supply the product, provide service and warranty support, training, delivery to the facility, installation, and launch.

6. At least 3 recommendation letters from clients describing the equipment supplied and where it was delivered.

7. Suppliers offering products manufactured in Russia or the Republic of Belarus are not allowed to participate in the tender.

Evaluation Criteria and Methodology

1. Compliance of the participant with the eligibility requirements

2. Compliance of the service with technical and quality requirements

3. Timely submission of all required documents and commercial offers

4. The purchase will be made from:

   • The lowest price offer that fully meets the technical requirements and financial capacity of the Fund

   • Or the most economically advantageous offer, providing the best value for money under the same conditions

Important!

The tender is considered valid if at least 3 bids are received from suppliers.

Before announcing the tender, the Fund’s responsible person conducts a market assessment and provides the Commission with at least three price offers (price lists, screenshots, or invoices) along with a comparison table.

Suppliers who:

• Provide false or inaccurate information

• Have a record of bankruptcy or tax debt

• Are related parties to the Fund

• Have a real or potential conflict of interest
