Due to the war, constant shelling, and stress, thousands of Ukrainian children are born in high-risk conditions. For newborns in critical condition, the first minutes of life become decisive - time often determines whether a child gets a chance to survive.

When a baby needs urgent medical help, every minute counts. That is why the perinatal center needs a modern neonatal intensive care ambulance - a specialized vehicle that allows newborns to be safely transported while supporting their condition on the way to the hospital.

We are launching a fundraiser for a neonatal intensive care ambulance, where every donation turns into added time for life.

Not just hryvnias. But minutes that help doctors arrive in time to save a child.

Estimated fundraising period: from June 2026 to December 2026.

Fundraising goal - UAH 7,500,000 for a fully equipped neonatal intensive care ambulance with modern medical equipment for the perinatal center.

The emergency medical vehicle based on the PEUGEOT BOXER Type C chassis is designed and equipped in accordance with the DSTU EN 1789:2019 standard. This is a specialized vehicle for transporting patients, providing medical support, and continuously monitoring a patient’s condition during transportation. The ambulance is developed according to modern quality standards and meets high requirements for ergonomics, comfort, and emergency care for newborns.

The neonatal intensive care ambulance will be equipped with devices that make it possible to support a child’s life on the way to the hospital and perform critical medical procedures directly during transportation. The list and models of equipment may change during the procurement process:

• hydropneumatic receiving device

• mechanical ventilator

• neonatal transport incubator

• incubator stretcher

• portable patient monitor

• portable suction device

• infusion and blood warmer

• medical bags and first aid kits

• reusable pediatric AMBU-type resuscitation bag

• laryngoscope with blades

• defibrillator

• manual medical aspirator

• diagnostic flashlight, thermometer, and stethoscope

Terms of charitable donations

A transfer of funds through the website is a voluntary charitable donation in favor of the Blagomay Charitable Fund.

By making a donation, the benefactor confirms that:

• the transfer is made voluntarily and free of charge;

• the charitable donation is not a payment for goods or services;

• the benefactor does not expect to receive any compensation or reciprocal provision;

• the funds will be used to implement the statutory activities and charitable program of the Blagomay Charitable Fund in the medical field for the purchase of an emergency intensive care ambulance.

Refunds

Charitable donations made through the LiqPay payment system are generally non-refundable.

 

However, a refund may be considered in exceptional cases:

• an erroneous or duplicate payment;

• a technical error during payment;

• funds being charged in an incorrect amount.

Where the collected funds will be directed if the full amount for this project is not raised: if the full amount required for the implementation of this project is not collected, the charitable donations received will be used to implement this project within the amount actually raised or, by decision of the Charitable Fund, directed to other charitable medical programs and projects that correspond to the statutory activities of the Fund and have a similar purpose.
