✨ Last Saturday, we had an extremely wonderful event as part of the GP UKRAINE Kyiv project together with the top management of Sense bank for teenage girls! 🌟

The theme of the event - "Leadership and the IT profession for girls" - impressed everyone with its relevance and interest. It was very nice to chat, share experiences and enjoy coffee, but the most important thing is the fascinating lectures from our leading lecturers.

🎙 Introduction by Olena Zubchenko, v. at. Chairman of the Board of Sense bank, revealed the topic of female leadership and career path.

🎙 Inna Tyutyun, Member of the Board of Sense bank, spoke about education and career path in the field of IT and the destruction of stereotypes.

🎙 Viktoriya Slobodyaniuk, Deputy Director of Information Technologies of Sense bank, gathered the attention of the participants, talking about specialties in IT and how girls can successfully work in this field.

🎙 Evgenia Grach, Head of projects and programs in the field of intangible production of Sense bank, shared her experience of career growth in the IT field.

🎙 Karina Bondarenko, an analyst in the management of the development of customer interaction systems at Sense bank, talked about the interesting things about SQL.

🎙 Svitlana Tkachenko, an employment specialist in the direction of information technologies of Sense bank, shed light on IT education and the importance of hard and soft skills.
