Visiting orphanages 2011-07-16

I want to share that on July 16, made the trip to the orphanage "Lyubystok" (Vyshgorod district, Kyiv region) and the Centre for socio-psychological rehabilitation of children "Zlagoda" (Bila Tserkva). Together with other philanthropists and founders of BF "Blagoi" the trip was attended by the master of sports of Ukraine international class, champion of Ukraine and silver medalist of world powerlifting Vladimir Tihostup and candidate master of sports Andrey Yevtushenko. Vladimir has shared with the children of professional experience with the right body workout and a diet and rules of development of the muscles of the body. Volodya also shared his impressions about his win at the open championship in powerlifting, which took place in the Crimea, and announced that to win he raised the sitting weight of 355 kg, although the record of his weight is 360 kg., and for the entire period of the championship Vladimir was able to raise 860 kg. Boys and girls of the orphanage were Nathan the story of Vladimir and hot eyes learned a lot, falling asleep Vladimir with questions. In addition, the Rabbi's home "Lovage" was the assistance provided: clothing and footwear 3 packets, and a package of toiletries (toothpaste, brush, shampoo, soap, lotion, towels). And in the Center socially-psychological rehabilitation of children "Zlagoda", assistance was provided in the form of clothing and footwear the total number in 5-TB packages, two big packages of toys, an electric kettle, two large boxes of biscuits, and hygiene products (toothpaste, brushes, shampoo, soap, lotion, towels).
