We are actively seeking talented fundraisers to strengthen our efforts on the international level.
 

Responsibilities:

• Searching for and attracting new donors and sponsors to support the statutory activities of the foundation.
• Developing and implementing fundraising strategies for the international market.
• Preparing grant applications as part of a team and communicating with grant providers.
• Maintaining long-term relationships with existing donors and partners.
• Managing the full cycle of donor agreements, including reporting.
• Assisting in the organization of charity events, campaigns, and other fundraising activities.
• Collaborating with international companies and institutions to develop new funding opportunities.
• Participating in regular online meetings.
• Managing the Nethunt CRM system.
   

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of international experience in fundraising.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of Ukrainian will be an advantage).
• Understanding of the basic principles of fundraising and grant seeking.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term partnerships.
• Ability to handle large amounts of information and effectively manage time.
• Knowledge of modern fundraising tools and a desire to grow in this field.
