❓ What is PULSE?

It is a community of civil society organizations that have combined their expertise to protect and assist those affected by the war.

The organizations coordinate their work and complement each other's services so that individuals and communities receive comprehensive support. PULSE combines rapid humanitarian response with long-term recovery and the empowerment of local organizations.

🤝 What does associate membership mean?

It offers the opportunity to participate in the Steering Committee and working groups, share expertise with sector colleagues, and develop joint approaches.
