In the area on the register is about 50 disadvantaged families, 30 minors. All of these children need help, and many simply need to save. So long overdue, at least temporarily, to get the kids some indifferent parents, leading a dissolute and drunken life. While the children are at a rehabilitation Center where they are fed, clothed and shod, with their moms and dads work Center staff that they were able to stay and their children would return in a socially healthy and nomalno family.
