The center is designed for children abandoned by their parents (left in hospitals, sanatoriums, whose parents are in prison) has Suffered violence (physical, sexual) orphans (orphaned) Children who are found on the street (the poor, "travelers") Children who were taken from families where there was a threat to the health or life (children were starving, had been left unattended for a long time, needs which were neglected.)
