This is a joint project Federation of Aikido and Budo " Kaizen " and charity Fund Blagami that aims to help children with disabilities , and their physical development. Location: Secondary school No. 18 children with hearing loss (BC Kyiv)

Class schedule:

Wednesday : 18.00 - 19.00 ( 6 - 12th grade ) Thursday : 16.00 - 17.00 ( 1 to 5 ) The purpose of the program : improving the physical health of children. The emphasis on physical education is delivered is not casual. Numerous studies have shown that physical exercise have a health value and a huge impact on a child's development

Movement is one of the factors developing the ability to respond to different environmental conditions. Exercise enrich children new sensations , representations , concepts. Children develop goal-directed thinking , strengthens memory. Properly organized motor mode helps to improve my skills in walking, running , jumping, etc. And develop a number of new qualities such as agility , speed, strength and endurance.

Together we developed the project "Healthy generation " based on the facts mentioned above. The next and equally important step is the realization of a plan. And , not without a miracle , our talented team handle it. The first whom we met were students School-internat # 18 for children with impaired hearing. Introductory lesson was a success among the younger and the younger generation. The children asked many questions , could not sit in one place and of course "eager to fight" . Both boys and girls were interested to try myself . Of course, such a fervor and zeal very inspired trainers FAB " Kaizen "
