Together with the European Business Association (EBA), we hosted an impactful offline meeting of the HR Committeetitled “Future Talent: What Works in Business–Youth Engagement?”

We sincerely thank our colleagues at the EBA for their strong partnership, trust, and shared commitment to unlocking the potential of the next generation. This event once again proved that collaboration between business and the nonprofit sector can create meaningful opportunities for young people, even in the most challenging times.

🚀 Key topics discussed by industry leaders and experts:

🔸 Driving impact at scale: We explored the key insights and outcomes of Career Expo 2025, which brought together more than 3,200 young participants from 20 leading universities.

🔸 Trends and expectations: We discussed what today’s generation expects from employers and how businesses can adapt their HR strategies to meet these evolving needs.

🔸 Real-world experience: HR professionals from PrivatBank, MHP, Ukrzaliznytsia, and McDonald’s Ukraineshared best practices for attracting, developing, and retaining young talent.

🔸 Government and community collaboration: We examined cooperation with youth councils as an effective tool for strengthening employer branding and fostering youth engagement.

A special highlight of the event was an open panel discussion featuring:

• Kostiantyn Holubiatnikov – Chairman of the Management Board, Blagomay Charity Fund
• Serhii Mosiievych – Member of the Youth Council under the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine
• Anastasiia Skubilina – Employer Brand Development Specialist, PrivatBank
• Kseniia Motorina – Head of Youth Attraction and Development, MHP
• Tetiana Smolianko – Head of Career Planning, Ukrzaliznytsia
• Representative of McDonald’s Ukraine

Together, we are building bridges between business and the next generation. 💚🌱
