This Sunday was the fourth class for participants of the Girl Power project
This wonderful project was specially created for girls aged 14-18 who live in orphanages and boarding schools in Ukraine. It is aimed at the development of psychological and social skills, which are necessary for the formation of a successful and happy future.
This time, the speakers shared with the girls their own experience, knowledge and useful advice on the topic of a successful career and considered the question of how to find one's purpose in this world.
The best speaker is Tetyana Karapetyan, co-founder of the Blagomai Foundation. Manages the activities of the Board of the Fund, is responsible for the direction of assistance to children from orphanages, boarding schools, rehabilitation centers, organizes assistance to children in children's hospitals and wards.
Mrs. Tatyana taught the girls to correctly draw up their Life map. She talked about the technique of gratitude and its influence on the fulfillment of desires.
The second speaker is Maryna Borysenko. Career counselor for children and adults, career consultant and trainer for the development of soft skills. Expert in talent identification. He has been engaged in career guidance for teenagers and adults since 2018, in the field of HR for more than 10 years. Studied career guidance and career counseling at the School of Career Management.
She told the girls about what useful skills need to be developed in today's world in order to find the profession of their dreams. Also, Mrs. Marina explained in more detail the current trends in the labor market and shared advice on the topic of false beliefs that should be abandoned when choosing a job.
