After 9 years of dedicated work with the Foundation, Kira Syrotenko is stepping down from her role as Chair of the Board of the Blagomay Charitable Foundation.

These years represent far more than a professional journey. They are a story of deep commitment, leadership, bold decisions, and a sincere belief that every child in Ukraine deserves support, a dignified childhood, and a chance for a better future.

Kira did not simply lead the Foundation — she invested a part of herself in it, shaping its values, culture, and strategic direction. During her tenure, Blagomay has grown into a recognized and effective organization that changes the lives of children and communities across Ukraine every day.

Equally important is the team she brought together around a shared mission — a team that deeply respects, supports, and values Kira both as a leader and as a person.

As of April 14, Kostyantyn Holubyatnikov, co-founder of the Foundation, has assumed the role of Chair of the Board of the Blagomay Charitable Foundation.
Tetiana Karapetyan has been appointed Chair of the Supervisory Board.
