Saving Children’s Lives: Strengthening Hospitals in Ukraine’s Frontline and Key Regions 🏥✨

 

In pediatric trauma care, every second matters. To ensure that medical teams have everything they need during the “golden hour,” we provide healthcare facilities with essential medicines and medical equipment.
 

📍 Geography and beneficiaries
 

Our support covers 6 key healthcare facilities across 5 regions of Ukraine:
 

• Mykolaiv region:
— Bashtanka Multidisciplinary Hospital
— Pervomaisk Central City Multidisciplinary Hospital

• Zaporizhzhia region:
— “Healthy Family” Territorial Medical Association of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Council

• Dnipropetrovsk region:
— Regional Family Health Medical Center of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council

• Kharkiv region:
— City Clinical Multidisciplinary Hospital No. 25 of the Kharkiv City Council

• Sumy region:
— Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital of the Sumy Regional Council

 

📦 The assistance includes:
 

• 1,470 emergency response kits: hemostatic agents, anti-shock solutions, burn treatment supplies, and sterile dressings;
• ~100 pieces of medical equipment: patient monitors, defibrillators, operating tables, warming devices, aspirators, dispensers, and electrosurgical units.
 

🎯 The goal is to strengthen pediatric intensive care units, reduce mortality, and prevent complications following severe injuries among patients aged 0–18.
