Asylum - providing a bed with utility services; the provision of hard and soft toys, clothing, shoes, food; creating conditions for the implementation of sanitary measures, personal hygiene; assistance in creating conditions for children's education taking into account the level of their training; organization of safety of personal belongings; providing information on social protection; assistance in obtaining free legal aid; representation of interests; the development, formation and support of social skills; assistance in the analysis of life situations, identifying main problems and ways of their solution; attracting the consumer to the solution of their own difficult life circumstances; organization of medical services, medical testing; psychological counseling; assistance in organization of interaction with other professionals, services. 10. Crisis and emergency intervention - psychological support (counselling, support, diagnosis, counseling, correction, psychotherapy, rehabilitation); provision of information on issues of social protection of the population; assistance in the organization of interaction with other specialists and services; the representation of interests, correction of family relations; assistance in obtaining free legal aid; organization of emergency medical care; the organisation of asylum. 11. Counseling - assistance in analysis of situations, defining the main problems and their solutions, planning of the exit from difficult life situations; psychological counseling; assistance in obtaining legal aid. 14. Mediation (mediation) - assistance in conflict resolution; negotiation; elaboration of the ways and terms of solving the conflict. 15. Причини потрапляння: нехтування батьками своїх батьківських обов’язків, педагогічна занедбаність батьків, втрата батьків чи піклувальників,та ін. Умовипроживання таких дітей в сім’ях є несприятливими для повноцінного розвитку: діти зазнавали насилля різного виду, і в них спостерігаються наслідки ранніх травм, психологічні, психічні проблемита схильність до девіантної поведінки . У членівродини таїх дітей відсутні навики конструктивного спілкування, не розвинені емоції, відсутня емпатія,  часто спостерігаються особистісні розлади. Потреби, мотиви, переконання, ідеали, звички, світогляд та установки у такихдітейв результаті несприятливих ранніх умов виховання є спотвореними та потребують педагогічної і психологічноїкорекції, медичної допомоги, часто- з залученнямфахівців-психотерапевтів та психіатрів. 11.Main directions,forms and methods of work 1.Утримання дитини в притулку; 2.Повноцінне медичне обстеженнята надання медичної допомоги (в разі потреби) в умовах закладу або в стаціонарі 3.Співпраця з органами опіки та піклування,службами у справах дітей та ЦСССДМ по місцю проживання дитини (повідомлення,вивчення потреб сім»ї, умов проживання дитини в родині, виконання батьками своїх обов»язків та ін..) 4. Психолого-педагогічнадіагностика дитини з метою вивченняобставин сімейного життя чи умов проживання та навчання в закладі. 5.Складання плану потреб сім»їтапотреб дитини 6. Корекційна робота з дитиною та членами її родини, залучення до цього процесу якколективу навчального закладу, так і спеціалістів соціальних служб, представників місцевої громади 12.Вертикальні та горизонтальнізв’язкиспівпраці установи: Притулок підпорядковуєтьсяСлужбі у справах дітей Львівської ОДА, яка в свою чергу відноситься до Мінісерствапраці та соціальної політики України. Притулок співпрацює з органами опіки та піклування по місцю проживання дитини, відповідно- з СУСД, ЦССДМ, Відділами поліції Львова та області, з навчальними закладами, громадськими організаціями та релігійними конфесіями. На базіПритулку проходять навчальну та ознайомлювальну практикустудентивищих навчальних закладів м.Львова,де готуються спеціалісти з кваліфікації практичний психолог, соціальнийпедагог. За період з 1996 по 2017р. у закладі перебувалобільше 6тис.дітей віком від 3-х до 18-ти років.
