Crisis center of social rehabilitation of children "My family" was created in 2003 as a response to the problem of homelessness in Kiev. The first clients were children with very complex and tragic fate. Got to the Centre straight from the streets, cellars, heating mains and stations in which they lived. In the Center, where both can accommodate up to 14 children of different age and sex, professional teachers and psychologists are working to restore a child's confidence to people, forming positive thinking and moral values. Pre-school children attend the development Center to prepare for school. Students attend a nearby school-gymnasium - Hotovsky UVK with a very good level of education. The older children are studying in educational institutions of Kyiv and Kyiv region according to their abilities and preferences to career choices. We try to maintain relations and socio accompany all graduates of the Center. The children's center "My Motherland" a holistic approach, working simultaneously with the child and his biological or German family, into a single process aimed at the renewal of relations and the return of the child in the family, where positive changes have taken place, or if this is not possible , the device in the most suitable family for the child.
