The institution was founded on March 20, 2004.

Center for social and psychological rehabilitation of children physical stay of 20 children aged 3 to 18 years who are in difficult life circumstances and not able to overcome them using their own capabilities; if the parents for some reason (after a long illness, disability and the like) are unable to provide proper maintenance and care of the child, shirk parental responsibilities, use alcohol, drugs; which remained without care of parents or persons substituting them; victims of violence and in need of socio-psychological assistance; trafficked children; street children.

Children are provided with comprehensive social, psychological, pedagogical, medical, legal and other types of benefits. The parents of the center's specialists also help to change for the better using various methods and techniques: individual interviews, peer conversations, oral interviews, questionnaires, consulting on problematic issues and training.

The primary task of the Center is the return of the child to boloco families or placement of children into family forms of education.

Our center follows the model of a large loving family with its own traditions, rules, pace of life. As in every large family, our older children used to responsible for toddlers and little gain in adult life experience.
