When we talk about the future, we think about the young generation that will create a new page in history. That is why the Girl Power Ukraine project has become the heart of our mission. This is a unique program that gives girls from different parts of Ukraine tools for personal growth, support and self-belief. Thanks to our close cooperation with responsible donors and partners, we managed to cover 19 regions of Ukraine and provide assistance to over 19,000 girls. 💚

💡 What is Girl Power Ukraine?
This is a program that covers the topics of gender equality, leadership, career development, personal growth and psychological support. Girls get the opportunity not only to gain new knowledge, but also to learn how to apply it in real life.

💡 What was managed to organize in 2024?

- 30 offline and online trainings, in which 1,300 girls aged 13-18 from almost all of Ukraine took part
- 1 Girl Power Camps;
- 1 Women's Power Forum.

Without the participation of our partners, this project would not be possible. Companies that share our values ​​not only help financially, but also inspire with their example. They prove that responsible business can influence social change.

This year we applied for the #ResponsibilityAward2024, which recognizes the best partnership initiatives. This is an opportunity for us to show how much can be achieved together and inspire others to responsible partnership.
