On June 20 in Irpin and June 21 in Kyiv, two new streams of the educational program Girl Power Ukraine were launched by the Blagomay Charitable Foundation with the support of ING Bank Ukraine.
The participants — teenage girls eager to grow, better understand themselves, and gain life skills — began their journey with modules on communication and emotional intelligence. During the first sessions, they:
-
explored their own emotions and reactions;
-
learned the foundations of healthy communication;
-
discussed what leadership means in today’s world.
The sessions took place in a supportive and safe environment, with open dialogue, peer interaction, and a sense of community from the very start.
-
Irpin: trainers — Clara Arnal and Kira Syrotenko
-
Kyiv: trainers — Lara Mazur and Kira Syrotenko
Ahead lies a comprehensive training program that includes workshops, training sessions, theatrical practices, and mentoring. Key topics include:
-
financial literacy, career guidance, and future professions;
-
human rights, gender equality, and prevention of domestic violence;
-
physical and mental health, inclusion, sex education, and personal boundaries;
-
digital literacy, internet safety, and artificial intelligence;
-
self-expression through social media;
-
fashion and style as tools for building confidence.
Girl Power Ukraine is an educational space where girls grow into confident, conscious, and self-reliant individuals.
We sincerely thank ING Bank Ukraine for their support, trust, and belief in the potential of young people.
