Dear friends, we present to your attention a report on a trip to Sophia Park, which was built by count Stanislav Pototsky for his wife Sofia (M. Uman, Cherkasy region) the tour was attended by children from two orphanages, a total of 40 people (36 children and 4 teacher): 1) "the Center socially-psychological rehabilitation of children" s. Kopylov, Makarov district, Kiev region (18 children + 2 teachers) 2) Vyshgorod district orphanage "Lyubystok", Novi Petrivtsi village, Kyiv region. (16 kids + 2 teachers) 03.10.2011 representatives of the charity Fund "BLAGOY" organized this excursion to Uman, with the support of the economic court.Kiev. The report was compiled from the words of Natalia Pgwc employee tour.firm which personally went with the kids and the Directors and educators of children's homes: "this day was perfect weather, at 7:30 in the morning the children took the bus from orphanages Makarov and Vyshgorod districts of Kyiv region. At 9:00 a.m. they were transplanted into one big bus on the gearbox on the Odessa route. The road was long and a bit tedious for children, so they in the day got up very early. But on arrival in Uman all the guys opened "the second breath", because the beauty of the Park surpassed all their expectations. Amazing energy accompanied the entire day. The children ate well before heading out on guided tours through the Park. 40 people were divided into 2 groups to better perceived information each of the participants. Children were impressed with a lot of beautiful pigeons, which they were able to feed and even hold in their hands, and of course take pictures. Also, all the kids were able to buy a small souvenir in memory of the fact that they had the opportunity to visit this wonderful place as Sophia Park. 20:30, the children arrived home tired but very happy and of course grateful!
