On July 10–11, the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 (URC2025) took place in Rome — an international platform that for the fourth consecutive year has brought together governments, businesses, charitable foundations, and the donor community to support and coordinate Ukraine’s recovery.
This year’s conference gathered over a thousand global participants, including political leaders, international financial institutions, civil society organizations, and foundations.
The Blagomay Charitable Foundation joined the event to present its work and practical solutions implemented during the war to support children and local communities.
At the conference, the foundation emphasized key areas of its activities:
-
development of safe infrastructure for children: shelters, schools, kindergartens;
-
access to quality education: Girl Power Ukraine, STEM programs, educational hubs, and summer camps;
-
psychosocial support for children and adolescents;
-
humanitarian aid and rehabilitation initiatives;
-
promotion of cultural values and identity-building among children.
URC2025 became a valuable opportunity for Blagomay to amplify the voices of Ukrainian communities and children, establish new partnerships, and engage in meaningful dialogue with donors, governmental bodies, and the international private sector.
According to Reuters, more than €10 billion in new recovery commitments were announced during the conference, including €2.3 billion from the European Union.
This sends a clear message: recovery must begin now, not “after the victory.”
Recovery is not only about rebuilding infrastructure — it’s about investing in people, communities, and children’s right to a safe and dignified future.
We sincerely thank URC2025 for the platform, and all our partners for their trust and collaboration.
Blagomay remains committed to creating spaces where children can grow with care, protection, and opportunities — building a resilient Ukraine starting today.
