📋 Responsibilities:
* Execution of fundraising plans for the collection of funds by the department;
* Fulfillment of set strategic goals and tasks;
* Hiring new employees in the fundraising department;
* Regular training of fundraisers;
* Analysis of reports submitted by fundraisers;
* Search and implementation of new effective fundraising tools;
