Our Fund has joined the Alliance for Gender-Responsive and Inclusive Recovery of Ukraine!

Among the 12.7 million Ukrainians in need of humanitarian assistance, women and girls make up the overwhelming majority. Although women are a driving force behind Ukraine's volunteer movement and defense efforts, they remain underrepresented in decision-making processes that shape the country's future. We are committed to changing that.

As members of the Alliance, we will:

✅ Direct resources to projects that protect women's rights.
✅ Support women's leadership at every level of Ukraine's recovery.
✅ Promote gender-responsive and inclusive approaches to planning and budgeting.

This initiative was launched by the Governments of Ukraine and Germany together with UN Women and officially introduced at the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC) 2024 in Berlin.

Today, we are part of a growing community of more than 115 members—including governments, international organizations, businesses, and civil society organizations—working together to build a fairer and more inclusive Ukraine. 💪🇺🇦
