On November 29, we gathered at the CSR breakfast “Family Friendly Company: on the eve of the New Year holidays and plans for 2025”, organized by CSR Ukraine in cooperation with our foundation.

It was a warm and inspiring meeting, where representatives of leading companies, charitable foundations and experts shared their experience and vision of creating a family-friendly corporate culture.

Together we discussed how to support employees-parents, develop welfare programs and integrate the values ​​of family harmony into work processes. The stories of real cases that proved that caring for people is an investment in success were especially valuable.

We are grateful to each participant for their active participation and desire to change corporate culture for the better.
