This institution was founded in 1999. Its current status is an orphanage for abandoned children and children from low-income families. It promotes such activities as housekeeping, handcraft, embroidering, and reciting and has corresponding study and hobby groups for this.

The purpose of the Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation of the Minors “Dream of Pereyaslavtschina” is to help children and adolescents to go through difficult moments in their lives.
