Center for Socio-psychological Rehabilitation of Children No. 1, Child and Family Affairs Service, Executive agency of the Kiev City Council (KMDA).

It is intended for temporary (9 months) placement of orphans, deprived of parental care, temporarily withdrawn from the biological family, returned from custody or adoption found on the street and other categories of children who find themselves in difficult life circumstances.

Age of children from 3 to 18 years. The institution works around the clock, 7 days a week. Financing is carried out from the city budget.

But, there are needs that remain not fully covered or not in full: shoes, socks, underwear, bed linen, hats and gloves, developing games, maintenance of premises (capital — in stages), arrangement of the adjacent territory, playground, etc.
