The Main objectives of the Center are:

- implementation of social protection for children enrolled in the Center;

- giving children a complex of social services;

- assistance in child’s return to their biological families;

- provision of children’s attendance at education or other educational institutions or individual training tailored to the needs and capabilities of the child;

- assistance to formation of children’s own position in life to overcome habits of antisocial behaviour;

- providing psychological and other assistance to parents (or persons replacing them) of children located in the center aimed at returning the child to the family;

- creation of conditions for children’s education taking into account the level of their training;

- development of recommendations on socio – psychological adaptation of the child for teachers, social workers and parents.
