Two wonderful girls – Anastasia Gogoleva and Galina Konnova – were training children.
“More than 20 children from 3 to 16 years old took part in the training. Anastasia got children familiar about different phenomena and representatives of nature (mountains, trees, birds, animals) using the classical principles of yoga and also checked received knowledge with painting after classes. There was made an exhibition of children’s art from paintingscreated by children (they were painting asanas, they remembered them most of all)! Galina continued an art direction in the style of India who was painting “Mehndi” (henna painting). Children quickly mastered the techniques and started to paint different patterns for each other and even Chinese hieroglyphs with henna! Girls asked to bring more henna for the next time, so that they could do this exotic kind of art which they liked so much. “Children were very responsive, they easily, with humor took yoga classes, helped each other to do asanas, in spite of the fact that there was not much space. But henna painting technique “Mehndi”, conducted by Galia, caused real furor! I think that this kind of art-therapy will be practiced, children liked it very much” – Anastasia shared her impressions from the trip.
We are thankful to all participants of the trip for happiness they gave to children!
